Raising Unethical Concerns
Open and honest communication is expected in SDC. When you suspect a breach of the rules of conduct, we want you to feel at ease approaching your Supervisor or manager. They can offer you advice to handle your ethical and compliance concerns as they are your initial point of contact.
If an employee suspects a breach of the rules of conduct set out in this Policy and thinks that informing their direct supervisors may create difficulties, they may report the matter to the internal auditor of the Company, an independent individual that reports directly to the board which is set up for that purpose.
Before reporting, since we take the breach of these rules very seriously, we kindly ask that you pause and evaluate your concern in light of the factors listed below:

SDC undertakes that, no employees will suffer any form of discrimination such as harrassment or other reprisals as a consequence of exercising this whistleblowing policy.
Individuals may choose to provide their contact information (phone number, email address), through email which may help to support our work by allowing us to get in touch with you if we need more information. As is the case now, all information will be treated seriously and in compliance with confidentiality.
